Imako Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
At Imako, we strive to provide our customers with flexible purchasing options that fit their needs. Below is our policy regarding cancellations for different purchase options:
Standard One-Time Purchases
- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may refer to our return policy for further assistance.
Subscription Orders (Smile and Save Club)
- Subscription cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.
- If an order has already been processed or shipped, the cancellation will take effect for the next billing cycle.
- You can manage your subscription or cancel it anytime through your account portal or by contacting our support team.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
- Pre-orders and backorders may be canceled for a full refund before the item ships.
- Once the order has been processed for shipping, the standard return policy applies.
